This office is terrific! Super professional, friendly, efficient! They start your appointment on time! Dr. Gradeless is an excellent dentist, has done a number of dental procedures for me, and has never hurt me. Lynn, one of the hygienists, has been with Dr. Gradeless for over 30 years! I can’t recommend this office highly enough!

I recently re-located to the Indianapolis area and was referred to Gradeless Dental by my boyfriend, and what a wonderful referral it was! The entire staff greets you warmly and makes you very comfortable. Dr. Gradeless is straightforward when it comes to everyday dental care and presents the problems and solutions with your oral health in easy to understand language. And when you leave, you are invited to take an apple! Gradeless Dental makes you feel like you’ve been taken care of by family.

Highly recommend Dr. Gradeless and his team. They provide excellent care and I feel very confident in their expertise, from the thorough examination to the detailed treatment plan. The friendly staff and modern clinic added to the positive experience. Dr. Gradeless is highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Gradeless’s dental office is the best. Dr. Gradeless has been our dentist for years and has kept our teeth in great shape. His dental assistants are friendly, professional and thorough. There is even some new AI that is being used to look for any problems the human eye might miss. You are treated as a friend and we recommend his services to all.

I have been going here for about 20 years now. I don’t mind going to the dentist, but never thought the experience could be so nice. My standards have been upgraded significantly. The offices are stylish, and clean and modern. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Over the years, when you see the same people for long enough, it become like visiting family. Always a warm greeting, lots of schedule flexibility for special needs, and always, always, always high-end professional service from the hygenists, office and, of course, Dr. Gradeless. I think the best way to describe Dr. Mike is that he is passionate about his profession like some people are about golf. Its fun for me to watch him explain things – he loves to educate. When you put the dental health of other people as the center of your career and spread that over 30+ years, you get pretty good at what you do. What an amazing career and with amazing people. Cathy his wife is the office manager, and could not be sweeter. She just looks like she belongs there – they may have to sell her with the building. Anyway, I continue to get great advice as I get older and my teeth do too. I feel I am in great hands and do not hesitate to recommend them for both routine dental care as well as cosmetic dentistry. If they can’t do it, they will refer you to a specialist. I like that they give honest and medically sound opinions that are not just to line their pockets with upselling. They are there to care for your teeth. Making money comes after creating value. I wish more places were run like this. My bottom teeth used to be horribly crowded. Dr. Gradeless and his staff are amazing! The best dentist you will find in the Indy area. The girls in the back office are super nice and know what they’re talking about. Front office is extremely knowledgeable with insurance and helping with anything you need with scheduling and even scheduling with a specialist if you need it. If you’re going to anyone else, you’re missing out! BEST DENTIST EVER!

Amazing office with great people who care. Brittani is gentle and educational with what she’s doing and helping with more oral healthcare. Doctor and Karissa is a great team and know exactly how to help someone with dental anxiety. I highly suggest this office for anyone who may be having any dental issues or is looking for their dental home.

Everyone here is very friendly. They take care of you and are truly interested in how you are doing. Dr. Gradeless is extremely thorough and spends time with each client. He never rushes to get to the next client. If you are looking for a dentist, I would suggest making an appointment with Dr. Gradeless. He and the staff will take good care of you.

Gradeless Dental is absolutely one of the best practices I have visited. After having orthodontic care as a kid, to then a permanent retainer, I am no stranger to the dentists office. I had said permanent retainer break on a weekend, so I called Gradeless first thing Monday AM. they got me RIGHT in same day, and treated me so well. Dr. Gradeless himself is such a kind soul, very patient and answers any and all questions I had. The women at the desk are precious, and made us feel right at home. My wife and I both will be back for cleanings and x-rays and are excited to make Gradeless our home base for dental work.

Hands down the best dentist you will find. The entire experience is always great. When you first walk in everyone is always so polite and cheerful. A year ago I came in to see Dr. Gradeless and it had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist. Needless to say I need quite a bit of work done to get my teeth back in shape. Dr. Gradeless absolutely has delivered on everything he’s said and I couldn’t be happier. Today I brought my self and both of my kids in to see Dr. Gradeless but it was my daughter’s very first trip to the dentist. Her teeth are sensitive and she was so nervous. After she was done she was so excited. She loved it lol. She just keeps smiling and telling everyone to look at her pretty teeth. You will not find not a better dentist and on top of that the entire staff there is just absolutely phenomenal. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Gradeless and his staff are amazing! The front office staff member is efficient and friendly in scheduling appointments and handling the billing. There are two excellent dental hygienists who provide lots of teaching to help patients care for their teeth. The cleanings, periodontal checks and x-rays are completed with care and attention to pain or discomfort. The dental assistant efficiently assists Dr. Gradeless with procedures. She is friendly and attentive to a patient’s anxiety. Dr. Gradeless is patient centered and forward thinking in bringing state of the art dental care techniques to his practice. He is a caring dentist and his staff reflects this focus as well. Mrs. Gradeless manages the office exceptionally well. She is approachable and helpful in responding to patient’s concerns. Gradeless Dental is an excellent place to receive comprehensive dental care!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Since I was little I have always loved going to the dentist, after switching insurance providers I was unable to find one that I liked and didn’t go for over 2 years. I met Dr. Gradeless and asked if he was taking new patients, however not once since I have stepped through the doors of their office have I felt like a “new” patient. They were so welcoming from my very first visit. Every single person that works here is so kind and thoughtful and Dr. Gradeless is the most educated, kind-hearted dentist I have ever met. When I first visited, my teeth and gums were DIRTY. They never made me feel guilty or bad for not having been to a dentist or the current status of my mouth at that time. They have worked with me with payment options to have deep cleaning done, because they’re not money hungry. They don’t force unnecessary work, which is HUGE. I get a handwritten thank you card after every visit from my hygienist and I get a birthday + Christmas card signed by then entire staff. If you are looking for a team of people who genuinely care about you AND look out for your oral health + overall personal well-being, then I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gradeless Dental. I refer them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

From the time I entered the waiting area until I walked out the door I was surrounded by a cordial, caring, and competent staff. Dr Gradeless was thorough, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one. He was clear and concise, giving me options, never pushing for a quick answer. My dental hygienist was informative, and the new state of the art cleaning technology made for a smooth cleaning experience . I have landed at an awesome dentist practice, who will take good care of me.
