I always have meticulous cleanings excellent service and care. Dr. Gradeless is invested in keeping up with current medical technology and I got the chance to use his new Swedish cleaning system which was much more comfortable than the traditional scraping and polishing. It was like a gentle warm water spray for my teeth! Super neat. I love the special touches that the team does to make you feel part of the family. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best dentist you will find. The entire experience is always great. When you first walk in everyone is always so polite and cheerful. A year ago I came in to see Dr. Gradeless and it had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist. Needless to say I need quite a bit of work done to get my teeth back in shape. Dr. Gradeless absolutely has delivered on everything he’s said and I couldn’t be happier. Today I brought my self and both of my kids in to see Dr. Gradeless but it was my daughter’s very first trip to the dentist. Her teeth are sensitive and she was so nervous. After she was done she was so excited. She loved it lol. She just keeps smiling and telling everyone to look at her pretty teeth. You will not find not a better dentist and on top of that the entire staff there is just absolutely phenomenal. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I am a retired dental hygienist who has practiced for over 40 years. So when my dentist retired earlier this year, I knew what I wanted in choosing a new dental office. I’m happy to say that I have found that with Dr. Gradeless and his staff. When I first walked into the office, I immediately noticed a very pleasant sense of calm. No packed waiting room or frantic staff here! That speaks highly as to how they view their patients and how their procedures are scheduled. The scheduling team allowed plenty of time for my initial visit with Dr. Gradeless. After reviewing my medical and dental history with the dental assistant, I was impressed that Dr. Gradeless came in to chat, get acquainted and welcome me to the practice. After some diagnostic radiographs and a very thorough exam, Dr. Gradeless addressed my concerns and restorative needs. Everything was discussed in a relaxed, kind, informative manner. I truly felt as if I were the only patient in the office as I had his undivided attention. The subsequent appointment (for a crown prep) was a very easy, comfortable experience. The crown was cemented today and it feels wonderful. This is a friendly, professional, highly skilled, patient-focused practice and is one that I feel fortunate to have found. During my initial phone call to the office, I told Kathy (the practice manager and Dr. Gradeless’ wife) that I was looking for a new dental family and I can happily say that I have found mine.

The reasons I travel from Greenwood for my dental and oral care with Dr. Gradeless and his team are many. For nearly 25 uninterrupted years, I've consistently been treated with competency, proficiency and genuinely warm caregivers. The clinic staff and office staff are nearly always the same faces. There is virtually no employee turnover - speaks to how the practice as a whole seems to be managed. When leadership is of a high caliber, then employees find work there rewarding. The hygienists are gentle and patient. If I call for some reason, they know who I am before finding me in the database. The 'back desk' work with me for appointments when my schedule is difficult to manage. Dr. Gradeless always gives me as much time as I need while 'in the chair', equally Dr. Gradeless is proactive, for example in suggesting I try a free app on my phone to monitor my sleep and snoring. The practice that is 'Gradeless dental' is a true 'gem'. I recommend them highly. One visit and you will likely agree.

My family has been getting dental services from Gradeless dental for 25+ years. The office, billing and scheduling are always professionally handled and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Gradeless is a great guy and excellent Dentist. We’ve always had good outcomes with the procedures that he’s completed. He always takes the time to answer questions and describe what he sees and recommends. You won’t feel rushed. Lynn is hands down the best Dental Hygienist I’ve ever had. She is very thorough, has an amazing knowledge of dental hygiene, has great communications skills and has a soft touch. I called into Gradeless Dental with a dental emergency after my tooth became loose during an accident. I was very worried that I was going to lose my tooth. Kathy, their admin, was so warm and comforting on the phone, assuring me that they could see me immediately. I learned they leave a couple emergency slots open each day. I wasn't even an existing patient. When I got there, she called me by name and they had paperwork ready for me as I walked in the door. I was in a chair getting x-rayed within 10 minutes. Despite not having compatible insurance, it was very cost effective. Dr. Gradeless spent 15-20 minutes educating me on what happened, how to take care of it, and also gave me other recommendations for dental work I should have done. I felt that he was very honest and sincere. He was urging me to get this work done somewhere that would accept my insurance and only told me about their own prices after I asked what it would cost to do it here without insurance. It all felt very fair and there was no pressure. I left feeling very comfortable that my situation would heal and with a plan for future dental work. I have nothing but good things to say about each person I interacted with during my visit. Serendipitously, I ran into Mr. & Mrs. Gradeless at a local restaurant the next day. When they spotted me, they walked over and asked how I was doing. I couldn't be more appreciative of their warmth and expertise. I am very grateful for this experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Going to Gradeless Dental is more like seeing friends than a dental appointment. The atmosphere is pleasant and when people talk with you they are focused on you, not other things. The office, exam rooms and restroom are spotlessly clean! They always have been, even before the pandemic. My teeth were cleaned pain free and with efficiency.

My visit this morning was, as usual, a very good experience. Their health and safety protocols exceed state and federal requirements. Cleanliness and sanitation were noticeable. I’ve been cared for at Dr. Gradeless’ office for my entire life! 27 years worth of care. The staff is always willing to offer everything available to you in the dentistry realm. The hygienists are the most friendly and professional. Lynn could have been a therapist/counselor if she wasn’t a hygienist in her current career. That means I always feel comfortable when she’s providing care. Dr. Gradeless will answer any questions you have; he’s patient, understanding, and unbiased. Within the last year they provided a care plan which helped me reduce my gingivitis issue. They account for all factors and explain them thoroughly if you have any dentistry issues. Very knowledgeable; very professional. They updated their office with new tech within the last year or two, which helps with transparency of their care and explanation of any issues. I first went to Dr. Gradeless with a broken tooth and abscess. He was very friendly and kind; he didn't berate me for my previous bad dental hygiene, just got right to work repairing the damage (I required a root canal) with minimal discomfort and excellent equipment. He's been my dentist ever since, and he and his staff have been great. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone who is in need of a dentist.

I have been visiting this business for the past several years and overall it has been a very pleasant and positive experience. From cleanings and checkups to a couple fillings and a cosmetic procedure, Dr. Gradeless has always been very cordial, professional and meticulous in his work. He has also guided me with some dental education on some basic teeth physiology and helped me understand the causes behind the erosion of my enamel and ways I can take better care of my teeth. The whole staff is very courteous, cheerful and feels like a family atmosphere. Lynn is a wonderful hygienist. I love getting an apple on my way out. Dr Gradeless is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I know I am not an easy patient since my jaw often (used to) get stuck open or closed due to TMD. Dr. Gradeless showed me how to un-stick my jaw and explained what was wrong with my jaw in a way that was easy for me to understand. He helped me get the orthodontic work that I needed to treat my TMD and prevent future damage to my jaw joints. He also repaired some rough/crooked fillings and a crown that I had done by a previous dentist. It has made keeping my teeth clean infinitely easier! All the staff at Gradeless Dental are truly passionate about their work and treat each patient with the absolute best care and expertise.

Dr. Gradeless and his staff are very THE BEST! I have been seeing dentist my whole life after losing my permanent teeth at a young age. Lots of visits for "flippers", bridge work and never much fun. Thanks to Dr Gradeless and his "gentle persuasion" (I have been scared of the process), I am now going into dental implants and will be done with this crazy journey soon! I found Dr Gradeless through a friend's recomendation. I had a tooth that needed to be saved and it was a very borderline case. Dr.Gradeless is over the top amazing. He is the most caring dentist I have ever been too. I have needed a lot of work done over the years and not one single time did I feel anything. When you are there you feel like a Queen. Sometimes I shock him and wear my crown because I have so many in my mouth. All I can say is he is a one in million dentist who genuinely cares about each and every person. I am truly blessed to have found him many years ago.

After a horrible experience at a different doctors office, a friend recommended that I visit them. He said they were very good and that I wouldn’t have any issue with them. I was sceptical but I’m so glad that I came. Everyone there was wonderful. I’ve been going to them for 6 months and received my second cleaning, and they are still just as wonderful as the day I met them.

I have been going here for about 10 years now. I don't mind going to the dentist, but never thought the experience could be so nice. My standards have been upgraded significantly. The offices are stylish, and clean and modern. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Over the years, when you see the same people for long enough, it become like visiting family. I think the best way to describe Dr. Mike is that he is passionate about his profession like some people are about golf. Its fun for me to watch him explain things - he loves to educate. When you put the dental health of other people as the center of your career and spread that over 30 years, you get pretty good at what you do. What an amazing career and with amazing people. Cathy his wife is the office manager, and could not be sweeter. She just looks like she belongs there - they may have to sell her with the building. Anyway, I continue to get great advice as I get older and my teeth do too. I feel I am in great hands and do not hesitate to recommend them for both routine dental care as well as cosmetic dentistry. If they can't do it, they will refer you to a specialist. I like that they give honest and medically sound opinions that are not just to line their pockets with upselling. They are there to care for your teeth. Making money comes after creating value. I wish more places were run like this.

We have been going to him the whole family for appr. 15 years now and are very happy and grateful for his work. Michael has been taking care of my teeth since he first opened his practice, way back when. Because of him and his awesome staff, I still have all my teeth, although some of them are caps, now. He helped me fix my gingivitis, and has helped me improve my oral hygiene habits over the years. Now, my check ups are mostly just routine. He’s highly competent and knowledgable. He even lectures at IUPUI School of Dentistry, and does screenings for soldiers about to be deployed. I could go to a dentist closer to where I live, but choose to drive to get my teeth taken care of by Michael and friends.

Historically, I've been VERY wary of dentists because they have every incentive to diagnose cavities or recommend procedures because they profit from them. Dr. Gradeless, however, has earned my trust, and with my medical background, I appreciate the detail with which he's explained the genesis of teeth and decay process. The staff are also wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gradeless and his staff in Fishers. Everything they do is precise, professional and delivered in the most warm and welcoming manner possible. Also, the office is comfortable, convenient, and I never have to wait. I don't know if all the dentist in Indiana are this good, but this team is without comparison in my mind, and I've had some very good dentists. In the last few years I have had one crown (no problems whatsoever and looks/behaves just like a real tooth), biannual cleanings (including x-rays and measurements for gum disease), and one visit because I chipped my front tooth while eating a Sugar Daddy. NOTE: admitting this on-line is like telling your cardiologist that you eat at McDonalds every morning. Anyway, no matter what I need, they always make time to get me in and take care of the problem; which is what everyone should expect of their healthcare providers. I think the part I like about the front office and hygienists is that they are all really nice people. They always send me a birthday card and home with a shiny apple - I love apples. There is something familiar and old fashioned about everyone. Conversations are always polite and they seem to have a knack for remembering what's going on in my life and never forget to ask how things are going. It’s nice that they care enough to remember and that they make an effort to make each office visit personal. Did I mention that they are very good at what they do? I get so lost in their niceness that I forget to mention that my teeth have done very well in their care.Subsequently, I refer half of my friends to this office just because of the front office and hygienist staff. The other half of my friends (i.e., the neurotic perfectionist types like myself), I send there for Dr Gradeless – also a good guy and an excellent dentist. Dr Gradeless is an extremely well-qualified and respected professional. He knows what he is doing and has spent years and years learning, teaching and perfecting his techniques. Don’t go to him because you want your wisdom teeth pulled – he’ll send you somewhere else for that. Go there because you have a dental health issue and want a very professional treatment plan to preserve one of your most important assets: your smile. I can promise that each visit results in a good and educational dental experience. I like it also that he is also a bit of a perfectionist and is very academic when it comes to dentistry and the latest treatments and technologies. I am not a healthcare professional, but Dr. Gradeless and I can have conversations about teeth and dental health and he will pull me into the subject without losing me in the jargon and nuances. He is simply well-informed and is a very good communicator. It does not hurt that he is the past editor of the Indiana Journal of Dentistry (6 years in a row) and has also published several articles on various dental subjects. Taken as a whole, it is not surprising that he appeals to lots of people, but especially people who take their teeth as seriously as he take their teeth. Dr. Gradeless was the one who took time to educate me about, of all things, my tongue. For years I thought I just had a tongue with blotches and that everyone got those things. Maybe it was an allergy, I thought. WRONG! It turns out that I have something called geographic tongue, and thanks to my wife and a search of articles at the New England Journal of Medicine, I was able to tie this fact in with another thing going on with my digestive system, pernicious anemia. With this knowledge I connected the dots and was able to come up with a treatment plan with, Dr. Coss, my internal medicine doctor. I am feeling better overall, and part of this is attributed to Dr. Gradeless. Also, my teeth look pretty good too. While feeling better about my dental and overall health is a good thing, understanding what is going on and how things in the body connect is extremely important to me. Dr Gradeless always teaches me something new, and educating yourself is the best first step in any approach to personal health and well-being. I could go on with other stories and examples, but I cannot represent Dr. Gradeless’ offices better than they can, so stop in, get a referral and see what I’ve been talking about. I have been using Dr Gradeless since I moved to Fishers circa 2005. I've used their offices for general dentistry as well as more advanced services such as crowns, cavities, and routine cleanings and check-ups. I refer many of my friends and family to them, including my wife, my 83 year old mother (no teeth but dentures), and even my infant baby girl (now 18 months), a few teeth with more to come. I have even referred some people in my life who have serious dental needs and are seeking a second opinion before deciding on a treatment plan.
